As a specialized intelligence, due diligence, and verification agency, TRUEPOINT INVESTIGATION BUREAU operates under structured retainer parameters. Please review our refund framework:
Inquiries require immediate resource mobilization, database licensing checks, and field team deployment across target hubs in India. Consequently, initial retainer payments are non-refundable once background checks or intelligence collections have commenced.
If a client requests the termination of an assignment before field operations begin, the Bureau may refund the payment, subject to a 20% administrative mobilization charge.
In investigations, a "successful" outcome is defined as the verification of facts, regardless of whether those facts align with a client's desired outcome. Refunds are not issued based on the nature of the verified facts discovered.
Any exceptional refund cases will be evaluated by the Board of the Siddheshwar Group of Organisations in accordance with individual Service Level Agreement parameters.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Solapur, Maharashtra, India.
