This Privacy Policy details our operational data handling procedures, strictly conforming to the **Information Technology Act, 2000** and other applicable laws of India.

1. Information Gathering Scope

We only gather and process information necessary to execute requested background checks, credentials vetting, and litigation support services under explicit client retainer instructions.

• Verification Data: Names, coordinates, residential records, academic achievements, and past employment history.
• Due Diligence Data: Public business registrations, litigation indices, and corporate filing transcripts.
• Open Source Data: Publicly indexed logs, news media, and social media graphs.

2. Air-Gapped Internal Storage

To maintain confidentiality:

• Active investigation files are stored in localized offline database directories. We do not store targeted records on shared clouds.
• All reports and files are shared only with authorized representatives via encrypted channels.
• Upon case completion and hand-over, target data buffers are purged from active memory blocks in accordance with our data retention schedule.

3. Information Sharing Restrictions

The Bureau will not trade, share, or disclose client or target information to third parties unless:

• Explicitly authorized by the client to proceed with target data verification.
• Required by statutory summons or court order under Indian law.

5. Jurisdiction
